Overview
BioMedli is a digital health intelligence product. Purchases typically activate account access, credits, or premium features immediately after payment verification. Because activation is near instant, refund handling depends on the purchase type and whether the entitlement has already been consumed.
Digital Service Model
BioMedli does not ship physical goods. Payments unlock digital account rights, report-processing credits, and time-based premium access. No shipping charges, customs charges, or delivery fees are applied to standard digital purchases.
Credit Packs
Unused report credits may be eligible for refund review within 7 calendar days of purchase if they have not been consumed and there is no evidence of abuse, fraud, or policy violation. Once credits have been used for report analysis, that portion of the purchase is non-refundable.
Annual Access
Health Vault annual access is billed upfront for a fixed 12-month period. If you believe access was purchased in error and the account has not materially used premium features, contact support within 7 calendar days for case review. Approved refunds, if any, are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
Annual access does not auto-renew unless we explicitly introduce recurring billing in the future and disclose it at checkout.
Lifetime Access
Lifetime purchases are intended as one-time permanent unlocks and are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, except where required by law or where duplicate/unauthorized payment is confirmed.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you see a debit but access was not activated, contact us with the Razorpay payment ID, order ID, purchase email, and approximate payment time. We will investigate payment status and either activate the entitlement or coordinate reversal/refund where appropriate.
