Overview
BioMedli does not deliver physical products. All purchases are fulfilled digitally through account activation, feature unlocks, or report-processing credits.
Digital Delivery
- Credit pack purchases add report credits to your account balance.
- Annual access purchases unlock Health Vault features for the paid period.
- Lifetime access purchases permanently unlock paid product access on the purchasing account.
Activation Timing
Delivery usually occurs immediately after successful payment verification. In some cases, verification may take longer because of processor risk checks, network interruptions, or account-review flags.
International Payments
International cards are processed through Razorpay, subject to eligibility, issuer approval, and the currencies enabled on our Razorpay account. Fees, exchange rates, and issuer-side foreign transaction charges are determined by your bank or card network.
Delivery Issues
If you completed payment but access did not unlock, contact support with the payment ID, order ID, purchase email, and a screenshot of the success page if available. We will investigate and correct the entitlement state as quickly as possible.
