Emergency Warning
BioMedli does not monitor emergencies and is not an emergency response service. If you are experiencing severe symptoms, chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of stroke, or any other urgent medical condition, contact local emergency services immediately (for example, call 911 in the United States).
Non-Diagnostic Use
BioMedli is designed to organize and visualize lab report data. It does not replace licensed medical professionals, physical examinations, formal diagnosis, or treatment planning.
Decision Support Limits
- Always review raw source reports before making clinical or personal health decisions.
- Confirm unusual trends with a qualified healthcare professional.
- Never use BioMedli as the sole basis for medication changes or emergency triage.
- Use professional clinical judgment for interpretation of high-risk markers and symptoms.
Data Quality Controls
To reduce interpretation risk:
- Upload clear, complete, and unedited report files.
- Verify lab units and reference ranges for every value.
- Re-upload corrected source documents when discrepancies are detected.
- Keep demographic profile settings accurate (age/sex where relevant to ranges).
Safe Uploading Practices
- Upload only documents you are authorized to share.
- Avoid shared/public devices when handling personal health data.
- Sign out after sessions and keep account credentials private.
- Report unauthorized access immediately.
Clinical and Team Use
Teams using BioMedli in care-related workflows remain responsible for regulatory and clinical compliance, including HIPAA obligations, access governance, and recordkeeping controls. Where required, execute a Business Associate Agreement before uploading regulated PHI.
